I found yoga over 10 years ago when I first stepped into the corporate world. Part of me was quietly questioning whether I was built for it… but I persisted because I thought that was the path I was supposed to follow. In hindsight, I can so clearly see that I was rushing, people-pleasing, disconnected from my intuition, and constantly beating myself up for not mastering everything instantly.
I think I started yoga with the intention of becoming more productive. But in my practice, I found something better… it made me more present.
Fast forward six years, and I had fallen in love with the practice. I wanted to deepen my own experience and, perhaps one day, help others discover the same connection to self that I had found through yoga. So I completed my 200-hour immersive teacher training in 2021. I didn’t originally intend to start teaching right away, but the universe had other plans. I was offered my first teaching opportunity almost immediately after returning from training.
Since then, my teaching practice has evolved. I now find myself best serving working professionals who, like I once did, are trying to regulate their nervous systems, feel more grounded, and find a spiritual anchor for their free-spirited souls.
My classes today are presence-driven and body-aware, blending structure and intuition. The flow is intentional, but always responsive to the season, the energy of the room, and even the rhythms of the sun and moon.
In my space, you never have to be anyone other than your true self. You’re invited to meet yourself exactly where you are:
To move with awareness
To rest without guilt
To breathe through the mental clutter
And to leave knowing that tending to yourself is not indulgent… it’s essential.
If you’re ambitious, sensitive, and building a life that requires both strength and softness, you’ll feel at home in my classes.
My current offerings:
Trainings and certifications:
200-hour Teacher Training Course, Sivananda, 2021
Pre-natal Teacher Training, The Yoga Loft, 2025
Bachelor of Science (Hon. Kin.), Univeristy of Waterloo, 2014
While formal training gave me structure and lineage, my greatest teacher has been over a decade of devoted practice. Learning to regulate my nervous system and rebuild trust with my body transformed how I move through the world, and it’s this embodied experience that I now share with my community.
